MyUniSupport was set up in September 2020 and is the single point of contact for all student Covid-19 related matters, wherever you may currently be engaging with your studies.
MyUniSupport aims to:
• help keep you, and the University and wider communities safe by acting as the single reporting and information point for students who are covid positive, isolating, or quarantining;
• support you with any Covid-19 related concerns that you have – big or small;
• support you to engage with your studies and the University community through periods of online engagement owing to Covid-19.
In order to help keep you, and the university and wider communities safe, you must follow current UK and Welsh Government regulations relating to Covid-19.
To help us ensure we can support you it is important that you take some time to update your contact details, term address, phone numbers etc and your current mode of study (online or on campus) via your Intranet Account. Mode of study can be found under the ‘Coronavirus’ tab, many students who aren’t currently on campus will need to select ‘Other’ as the reason for engaging online at this current time, unless of course one of the health-related categories is more applicable to your personal circumstances.
