Student Helpdesk: Open 10am to 2pm every Monday and Wednesday on the ground floor of The College building (increased opening hours at the start of semester).

Depending on the nature of your query, you will be directed to a member of staff who is either a personal tutor or in the Student Life and Education Services teams.

The Student Life and Education Services team is available for live chat 10:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday (except UK holidays). If you wish to contact the team outside of these times please email the-college@swansea.ac.uk. We welcome correspondence in the medium of Welsh.
