Profiling For Success

Discover more about yourself, your values and jobs you may like with Profiling For Success, delivered by Team Focus. This online tool can help you explore career options and planning your next steps.

Practice for the different assessments used in the recruitment process, including assessments on areas of your personality, capability, motivation and relationships.

To access Profiling For Success:

  1. Log in to Swansea University's network, then sign in.
    If this is your first time using the platform, you’ll need to create an account. Enter your name and the first part of your email address, before choosing a password and click on ‘Create Account’. You’ll then be sent an email containing a link to confirm your email address (check your junk/spam folders if you can’t find the email).
  1. If this is a repeat visit, just sign in and enter your login details.
  2. Chose the test you would like to complete e.g. the values based indicator of motivation test.
  3. You’ll then receive a personal report by email once you have completed each test. 

Please use your student e-mail address when prompted, this will ensure your reports arrive.
