Your Swansea University Email Account

We provide all members of the University with an email account that you can access via Outlook on a University-supported desktop, via a browser using the web and via mobile devices such as phones or tablets.

How to set up Email on personally owned devices and email clients

Please note that the use of email clients on personally-owned devices is supported but then subject to the University's Digital Technology Acceptable Use Policy.

You will not be able to access University email on your personal device unless you have a security feature set up on your device for screen unlock, such as a PIN code or fingerprint.

It is recommended to use the latest version of the Microsoft Outlook app for iOS and Android devices.

The table below sets out the mails apps that are compliant with Swansea University’s information security requirements.
