Due to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we are unable to disclose information about any of our students without their explicit written consent. This means that we are not even able to confirm whether a student is enrolled at Swansea University. However, we are always happy to speak to parents and other third parties to provide general information about the support available.
Please feel free to contact the Student Information Team if you have any concerns you wish to discuss, or if you are worried about your child or relative. In order to ensure that a student receives advice and support quickly, please encourage them to contact us directly. We can also explain how they can give us permission to talk to a named third party, such as a parent, if they wish to.
