The Faculty of Science and Engineering Employability Team are dedicated to supporting all students in the faculty throughout their time at University and beyond. The team work to bring employment and career opportunities to students through our industry links, creating events and communicating opportunities to the faculty. The team also work on the Year in Industry programme for all courses in the faculty, providing advice and support throughout the programme.

Swansea Employability Academy (SEA)
The SEA Team offers bespoke careers advice, employability workshops and coordinate events including the Careers Fairs. You can book appointments with Careers Consultants and access the Career Development Course which upon completion will be formally recognised on your Higher Education Achievement Award (HEAR).
Employability Bursary: All Swansea University students can apply for up to £100 by completing this simple online form.
The University have a dedicated Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Team who can help you get ahead of the game, by developing your skills and gaining valuable experiences and help for those looking to start their business.
Discovery Student Volunteering Service
Try your hand at volunteering and find out how you can make a difference by volunteering whilst at the same time building up your skills and meeting new people. Discovery have a variety of volunteering opportunities that you can get involved with inclusive of virtual projects.
