Help, support and guidance throughout your time at Swansea

Don't be afraid to ask for help

It is brave to ask for help. Together with the University of Wales Trinity St David, we are working to raise awareness and prevent suicide across our universities. We have created a video to encourage students to seek support if they are experiencing thoughts of suicide.
