Our Together We Changed campaign shines a spotlight on all the fantastic changes that have happened as a result of your feedback.

The campaign exists to keep you in the loop with all the actions that have been taken based on responses to student surveys, posts on MyUniVoice, comments at Student Opinion Panels/focus groups, and other student engagement activity. By sharing your views, you really do help us enhance the student experience, so thank you!

Frozen gym membership prices!

We've frozen the price of Student gym memberships at Swansea Bay Sports Park.

Take advantage of our amazing facilities for just £16 per month (or 50p per day!)

Installed more sustainable lighting

We have installed new sustainable LED lighting in a number of buildings to help us reach our net zero targets!

Introduced Harbwr Fulton

We recently renovated the first floor of Fulton House (the former Refectory) to bring you Harbwr Fulton! It’s a brand new social space for you to relax in and enjoy.

There’s even a dedicated games room within where you can meet as a group to chill or enjoy a game of table football, pool or monopoly!

Updated Extenuating Circumstances

We were able to make some important changes to the Extenuating Circumstances system, meaning that all students are now using the same system.
We also took your ideas on board and amended the Personal Tutors framework for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students.

Expanded the Get ACTIVE programme!

You’ve been so positive about our Get ACTIVE programme, so we added additional classes including barbell sessions, badminton, more yoga classes and weekly bootcamps!

Brightened up our campuses!

We’ve added additional outdoor seating, planted more plants and flowers, erected new arches at Bay Campuses’ SSSI, and begun restoration works and repairs to Singleton Abbey.

More recently, local artist Hasan Kamil has designed and installed murals on both Bay and Singleton Campuses! Have you seen them yet?

We've received some great feedback and suggestions about the MySwansea app.

We've now added even more features including PC availability plus a tool to access a ist of your library loans, fees & fines!

We’ve added even more study spaces on Bay and Singleton Campuses. Whether you’re looking for a quiet learning space for individual study, somewhere to work together as a group, or you just need a place to relax and unwind in between your studies, there is plenty of space for you!
