Accommodation is available for students who have either previously studied at the University or have previously lived in University accommodation for any length of time.

You will be able to:
- Submit an application for 2024/25 as an individual or with friends.
- For groups, each member should submit an application individually, ensuring the names and student numbers of each member is included within the Section 4 Requests field.
- Retain your existing room (in certain locations/buildings). Within your application, you may state details of your current flat.
- Secure your booking with a low pre-payment of £100. Details will be sent with your room offer.
- Be sure you are booking safe, convenient and comfortable living space for the forthcoming academic year.
- You can apply separately for Summer accommodation (for the period June to September). Read more about Summer accommodation here.
Where do returning students live?
We offer flats in residences which are designated for returning students only, meaning you will not be living alongside students in their first year of study.
If you feel you need to stay in University accommodation - for example due to a disability, health condition or other circumstances which mean accommodation in the private sector isn't suitable for you - it is essential that you include this information in your application.

Beck House
Beck House (or Tŷ Beck in Welsh) is situated in the heart of Uplands, close to shops and amenities.
Accommodation is self-catered, with ensuite rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms. There is a free car park for residents, and bus services nearby run regularly to both campuses and the City Centre.
Accommodation here is avaiable for:

- Mature students (aged 21+)
- Couples & Families
Singleton Park Campus
All Singleton Park residences are within walking distance of the park, the beach, Swansea Bay Sports Park, Singleton Hospital and Swansea Bay. All flats have shared kitchens.
Caswell: Ensuite (flats of 8)
Langland: Ensuite (flats of 8)
Penmean: Ensuite (flats of 8)
Preseli: Ensuite (Traditional layout)
Seren
Seren is located opposite Swansea Train Station in heart of the City Centre, situated halfway between Singleton Park Campus and and Bay Campus. There are frequent, direct bus services between the accommodation and both campuses.
All rooms, in fats of 8-12, have an ensuite and residents share a communal kitchen.
Studio rooms at Seren are not available for 2024-25 Academic Year.
true Swansea
With a serene view over the River Tawe, true Swansea is located on Morfa Road in the City Centre. There are frequent, direct bus services between the accommodation and both campuses.
Ensuite rooms in flats of 5-6 have an ensuite, and residents share a communal kitchen.
Studio rooms comprise a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom within the room, in addition to a communal kitchen.
