As a student, working with academic integrity means that you complete your work with honesty, fairness, and transparency. This can look like making sure that the sources you include in your work are accurately attributed, following exam regulations, or not working with others to complete an individual assignment.

This workshop aims to help you understand Swansea University’s expectations of academic integrity. It will discuss different types of academic misconduct, such as plagiarism and collusion, and how to avoid them. It will also provide helpful tips on how to paraphrase and use direct quotes, which are essential skills for maintaining academic integrity in your writing
