Accuracy of Student Records

It is important that the information held on the University’s central record system is as accurate as possible at all times. You can access your academic and personal information via your University Intranet Account. Communication with the University is essential and you are strongly encouraged to check your records regularly and ensure that your personal and academic details are correct and up-to-date. You are expected to confirm that the programme of study, the module selection and the number of credits you are enrolled on are correct.

Since you will frequently need to be contacted by your Faculty(ies)/School(s) and the University administration, it is your responsibility to ensure that your home and term address are correct on your academic record. Ignorance of University or Faculty/School requirements or notification of meetings/hearings conveyed to you by letter to either the term-time address or home address which is/are no longer valid will not be accepted as sufficient reason for failure to respond to requests for information or for non-attendance at interviews.
