Not sure where to start?

Use our Development and Training Needs Analysis tool, available on Canvas, to reflect on your current skills and abilities, and the areas in which you need to develop. You can do this on your own and in discussion with your supervisor. It’s also a good idea to keep a log of all the development and training activities you take part in, either as part of this document or in a working document version of your CV.
