Where can I go for help?

The HRC School of Law Student Support and Information Team are your first point of contact for advice, signposting and general queries. You’ll get the chance to meet the team during your induction in your First Steps Sessions and School social events.

As well as emailing them via studentsupport-law@swansea.ac.uk or calling on 01792 602121, you can drop in to see someone from the team Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm at the Digital Technium Ground Floor, Singleton Campus.

A warm welcome to new students

I am delighted to extend to you a very warm welcome to the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, here at Swansea University. The School of Law is a thriving academic community with students at its heart. Our aim is to offer a legal education of the highest standard, equipping our graduates with skills and experience, as well as sound legal knowledge and understanding. During your degree studies you will have the chance to get involved in a wide range of activities both within and outside the curriculum. In your first weeks with us you can expect to meet the academic and professional service teams who will be supporting you through your studies. In particular, you will meet with your academic mentor whose role is to provide advice, guidance and support as you progress through your degree studies. We hope that you are as excited as we are, as we prepare for the new academic year. I very much look forward to welcoming all our new students to our Law School community. See you in Welcome Week!
