1. First ensure you are connected to the eduroam Wi-Fi network. If you are unsure on how to connect to eduroam please find instructions here.
2. Download and run the printer setup application.
3. Select the language you would like to use.
4. On the License Agreement screen read the terms and select accept, click Next.
5. Select the appropriate printer from the list (staff or student), then click Next.
6. Enter your usual University username (the first part of your email address, before the @swansea.ac.uk) and password, then click Next.
7. Click Finish.
8. Print your document as you usually would to the added staff / student printer.

2. Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
3. Click the + icon under the Printers List.
4. The Add dialog is displayed. This dialog displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.
5. Select a printer (staff or student printing). The selected printer's Name, Location, and Use is displayed.
6. Check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
7. Click Add.
8. Print your document. When prompted, enter your usual University username (the first part of your University email address, before the @swansea.ac.uk) and password, and click OK.
The following services are free of charge: scanning (including scanning to folder, scanning to email, scanning to one drive).

How do I add credit to my account?
We have an online payment system to add printing credit to your account. Full instructions can be found in our Online printing payments guide.
Can I get a refund of my printing credit?
We do not offer refunds for printing credit and advise that you do not top up your account in large amounts unless you are sure that you will use the credit. However, you can transfer any unused / unwanted credit to another Swansea University printing account.
How do I transfer my printing credit?
Please visit the Library Information Desk to transfer printing credit to another Swansea University printing account.
The printers/photocopiers are located in the following areas in the Bay and Singleton Libraries:
There are printers/photocopiers for use with pre-bookable study spaces only, located in the study zone, just past the information desk to the left.
There are printers/photocopiers, for use with pre-bookable study spaces only located on level 3, in the printing zone situated within the main study hall.
There is also a printer located near the entrance of Singleton Library which is strictly for use by current staff and students that have an urgent printing requirement and have set up their device to use our wireless printing facility, in advance of visiting the library. Please see the information on How to print from your own device above.
