How to Contact Us...

To report a cyber and information security incident please raise a service desk ticket immediately using the details below:

External parties who wish to raise a cyber and information security concern should also be encouraged to contact the IT Service Desk or you may raise the concern in your own name providing appropriate contact details for the third party. Please give the third party the service desk ticket number for reference and explain that a member of the team will be in touch.

The service desk team are trained and experienced in assessing all incoming information so that we receive your report as quickly as possible and can start evaluation and mitigation activities. To assist with this process, please state in your description that this is a cyber and information security concern.

Please do not include any confidential or sensitive information in your report and ensure that appropriate contact details are provided (in accordance with the urgency) so that we can contact you for more information. If you are not sure whether or not you should report something to us then please don’t worry… raise it with us, we won’t judge and would prefer to discover a false alarm rather than miss something important. In this field every second can count.

Due to the nature of our work we understand that you may wish to contact us about a confidential or sensitive matter. If this is the case and you prefer to speak with us directly then please use the contact details in the blue box above and state that you would like to be contacted by a member of the cyber and information security team; you do not need to give any further details.
