I am delighted to inform you that students taking Environmental Dynamics (GEGM07) have two exciting fieldtrips at the start of term. Please add the dates to your diary:
Wednesday 8 October 2025 (all day): Fieldtrip to a major international carbon sequestration project, the Carbon Community, at the Glyndwr Forest in Carmarthenshire. The aim of the fieldwork is to gain hands-on experience at this pioneering project. Lunch and transport will be provided.

Friday 10 October (ca. 5pm) - Sunday 12 October 2025 (ca. 5pm): Residential weekend at The Stackpole Centre, Pembrokeshire where we will study environmental systems, sea-level change and human impact on the environment. All meals, transport and accommodation will be provided.
