Peer mentorship is a collaborative learning relationship between students where individuals with similar backgrounds or experiences support each other's personal and academic growth. In this dynamic, peers share knowledge, insights, and advice, creating an environment of mutual learning and encouragement. Students will be mentored by students who have been on their Year in Industry, who will be able to give insight on the application process, and real industry experience that students can expect.
