Keeping in contact
When you enrolled you will have signed the Student Charter agreeing to certain communications responsibilities, please make sure you are following the agreed principles.
You must make sure that your student record is up-to-date at all times so that the University can contact you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your home and term addresses are correct on your academic record. To update your details:
- Log into the intranet
- Select Personal Details from the left-hand menu
- Change your personal details including home and term address accordingly
Formal electronic correspondence from the University will be sent to your University e-mail address and occasionally to your personal e-mail address. It is therefore important that you check your University e-mail account daily and update your personal e-mail on the intranet, particularly before, during, and after examination/assessment periods.
