Before you Arrive

1. Accept your Tenancy Agreement and complete your online Induction here.
2. For a period in September 2024, you should book an arrival timeslot to arrive and collect your key
   If your tenancy begins outside of these times, you may arrive outside of the chosen timeslot on or after your Tenancy Start Date.
3. Meet your flatmates. You’ll get an email from true asking you to complete a quick onboarding. Once this is completed, you will be able to log into the true student + app.
4. You will be issued with a true handbook via email. This includes lots of information to keep you safe and get the most out of your stay with us. Please read this thoroughly and let us know if you have any questions on check in.

On Arrival

Enter the accommodation through the main entrance door to the Welcome Hub and collect your key from 10am.
The team is available 24 hours a day, so don't worry if you will be arriving late.

• If you are arriving by car, we will have team members permitting access to our car park and coordinating on the day to allow you to drop items off kerbside. Your car will then need to be moved to allow the next vehicle to pull up and unload.
  • The nearest car park is High Street multi storey car park, located next to the Train Station on Ivey Place, SA1 1NU
• If you are walking to true, it is the first building on your left-hand side when coming through the gates.
• Our team work hard to ensure a quick, smooth and hassle free check in experience. To help make this as quick as possible, please ensure you have; completed your booking onboarding (directly with true student) and downloaded the true student + app.
• In order to collect your key, you will be asked for a form of ID, this is just so we can check it’s actually you! This can be any form of ID, such as a passport or driving licence.
• The team will be on hand to show you around and take you to your room, plus there will be nibbles and refreshments available which is always a good start to meet other true guests.
