Information for Moving In to Seren accommodation

Before you Arrive

  1. Accept your Tenancy Agreement and complete your online Induction here.
  2. For a period in September 2024, you should book an arrival timeslot to arrive
    If your tenancy begins outside of these times, you may arrive outside of the chosen timeslot on or after your Tenancy Start Date.
  3. Meet your flatmates and discuss items you may wish to share. This avoids 5 toasters and no saucepans in your shared kitchen!

On Arrival

Please visit the Accommodation Reception to collect your key.

Opening Times:

Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm

  • High Street multi storey car park is located opposite, next to the Train Station on Ivey Place, SA1 1NU
  • There will be staff available at Reception to direct you to your new home.

If you are arriving out of hours, please contact Seren directly to grant you access to your accommodation.
