The Reception teams on each site are responsible for the day to day running of your residencies, so please call in to see them with any questions, including:
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Cleaning and Housekeeping
- Parcels/mail
- Issuing new keys
- Neighbours making too much noise
- General queries regarding your room or residences
