We have a team of dedicated staff to help you settle in and help with any queries whilst you’re living here.

The Reception teams on each site are responsible for the day to day running of your residencies, so please call in to see them with any questions, including:

Repairs and Maintenance
Cleaning and Housekeeping
Parcels/mail
Issuing new keys
Neighbours making too much noise
General queries regarding your room or residences

Bay Campus Residences Team

The Bay Campus Accommodation Reception is located next to the Sports Hall and Laundrette.

Beck House Residences Team

The Beck House Reception is located in the outbuilding, near the car park.

Your Residence Reception is Preseli Reception, located on ground floor of Preseli building (car park side).

Reception is located in the Welcome Hub.

Opening Times:

A team member will be available 24-hours per day at the Welcome Hub. If a team member isn’t available at the Welcome Hub when you visit, just call the number at the desk and someone will assist you.

A team member can help answer any questions, respond to any issues, offer advice and ensure a friendly face is there to greet you every day and every night.

We also have a highly skilled, in-house maintenance team available around the clock. They’re there to resolve any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently – keeping the site safe and secure.
