Report a fault
Report a Maintenance problem or repair in your accommodation via the relevant method:
- Bay Campus residents should use Home@Halls to log maintenance requests.
- I am living at Beck House
- Seren residents should email seren@crm-students.com or speak with Reception to log maintenance requests.
- I am living at Singleton Park Campus
- true residents should use the true student+ app or the TV interface to log maintenance requests.
All maintenance requests are subject to triage, categorising them as either Emergency, Urgent or General. General repairs are carried out within 20 business days. For more urgent repairs, a temporary fix will usually be in place within 10 hours and permanent fix within 5 business days.
If the repair is urgent, please call: +44 (0) 1792 295101 or visit your Site Reception during opening times.
You should not report repairs on behalf of someone else.
Once a repair is reported:
- You are granting access to staff to respond to the issue.
- You do not need to be present for the staff to access the area.
- If you do not want staff to access the area without you being present, you must state this at the time of making the request.
