Information for Moving In to Bay Campus Accommodation

Before you Arrive

  1. Accept your Tenancy Agreement and complete your online Induction here.
  2. For our main Arrivals period, in September 2024, you should book an arrival timeslot to arrive on campus.
    If your tenancy begins outside of these times, you may arrive outside of the chosen timeslot on or after your Tenancy Start Date.
  3. Meet your flatmates and discuss items you may wish to share. This avoids 5 toasters and no saucepans in your shared kitchen!

On Arrival

Please visit Reception, located next to the Sports Hall and Laundrette.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

You will be required to register your vehicle at Reception for loading (if applicable). Once registered, you will be permitted to park for up to 2 hours without charge.

If you are arriving outside of the above times, the Campus Security team are available 24 hours a day and will be able to grant you access to your accommodation. Upon arrival, please telephone: + 44 (0) 1792 604271 or + 44 (0) 1792 205678
