What is it all about?

Exercise is proven to be one of the best ways to boost your mood. It releases endorphins into your bloodstream, which will lift your mood as well as helping you to feel positive about yourself and what you can achieve. Exercise also helps to keep you healthy and fit, boosting your self-esteem and endurance. You can also use exercise as another way to meet like-minded people and make new friends.

Exercising is one of the four pillars to good health, alongside eating a balanced diet, sleeping well and allowing some time for rest.
