Swansea University offers a safe, secure and welcoming experience for students, staff and visitors.

An integral part of campus life, our friendly Security and Campus Response Team provides a 24/7 support service across our campuses.

Our team covers: Emergency Response (First response, 24/7 to security or emergency incidents and adverse events), First Aid (enhanced standard), Mental Health First aid & Suicide Intervention, Traffic Control, Event support, Threat analysis and Security patrols.

Safezone is a personal safety app for University students and staff which lets you get help quickly in a personal emergency or if someone needs first aid or general help.

We advise all University students to download the Safezone app, which offers immediate access to our Security and Campus Response Team through your mobile phone.
