Numeracy Skills for Employability and the Workplace - a free online course from Loughborough University to prepare students for employers' numeracy testing. The course was written for the FutureLearn platform by Janette Matthews and Tony Croft from Loughborough University. Through video tutorials and onscreen explanations supported by quizzes with detailed feedback at each stage to test your knowledge and confirm understanding, this course will help you build your mathematical confidence and prepare you for both employers’ numeracy testing and using numeracy in the workplace.
Situational judgement tests
These tests present realistic situations which you may encounter in the workplace and a variety of ways in which you might respond to them. candidates have to decide which is the most appropriate response to resolve the situation. Here are some resources to help you prepare for these tests:

GAMSAT - Graduate Medical School Admissions Test:
The role of GAMSAT is to assist in the selection criteria primarily for students who are applying to study medicine on the new fast-track graduate-entry programmes. The British Psychological Society: The Society’s Psychological Testing Centre (PTC) provides information and services relating to standards in tests and testing for test takers, test users, test developers and members of the public.
Research employers' websites because they may include sample tests, quizzes, case studies, profiles of employees, information about interview processes etc.
Try an Internet search using the name of the employer you're interested in plus a relevant phrase like "selection tests" to see if you can home in on some specific resources.

Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
The Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) is a non-profit organisation of leading graduate management schools around the world. It owns and administers the GMAT which is a standardised assessment, delivered in English, designed to help business schools assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management. It is used as one predictor of academic performance in an MBA or other graduate management programmes. It measures critical and verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, sentence correction, data sufficiency and problem solving ability, and also involves writing essays.
