Bookable Group Study Spaces

Student Led Groupwork Spaces - Booking Procedure and Information

Please note that a minimum of two working days must be given. You can book a space up to two weeks in advance. 

To book a space, please email StudentStudySpaces@swansea.ac.uk with the following information:

• Your name and Student Number 
• The names and Student Numbers of those within your booking 
• Your college/school and the module that your study session will be focussing on 
• The date, time and room or campus preference for your space. 
• A completed copy of the Safe Operating Procedure:Use of Group Work Spaces on Campus checklist 

They will ask for the IDs of students expected to be using the space(s) for track and trace purposes, along with a completed checklist found at the bottom of the Safe Operating Procedure: Use of Group Work Spaces on Campus.

Please adhere to the capacity on the door of the room(s) you book and do not move furniture.

No food or drink is to be consumed in any central teaching space. Social distancing rules and the University guidance provided in the Safe Operating Procedure: Use of Group Work Spaces on Campus and Welsh Government legislation must be followed.

Please be aware that bookings are subject to random inspections to ensure that Covid regulations and legislation are being adhered to.

The below spaces will be available from 9th November 2020 to 11th December 2020. Times will be reviewed for Semester 2 (25th January 2021 – 4th  June 2021). Note that “Clustered Rooms” cannot be booked individually.

• Tuesday - 9am - 6pm
• Wednesday - 9am - 1pm
• Thursday - 9am - 6pm
• Friday - 9am - 6pm
