By now, you should have received an email from the University advising you to enrol online.

Login to your account at https://myuni.swansea.ac.uk/ which allows you to access the intranet, your email, Canvas, and other online services.

  • Your email address will be studentnumber@swansea.ac.uk. For example, if your student number is 1234567, your email is 1234567@swansea.ac.uk
  • Your default password is your student number and date of birth in the following format: 123456/DD/MM/YYYY

Right to study

You will need to register your right to study before you can enrol:

  • To register your UK or Irish passport, login to your account and click on the Intranet icon. Upload a scanned image of your passport and enter your passport details. If you do not have a passport, email a scanned image of your birth certificate and photo ID to studentrecords@swansea.ac.uk
  • EU/EEA/Swiss/International students will be contacted to discuss Right to Study registration, as the process for this will vary depending on your individual situation.

To enrol on your course: login into your account, click on the Intranet panel and click the Enrol Now button opposite your course. Follow the steps until you have completed the enrolment process.  Once enrolled, you can access your timetable, Canvas modular sites, student email and much more! This also ensures that your Student Loan is paid to you once you’ve had your first day in University.

Student ID

You can collect your Student ID card during induction week from the library once you have uploaded a photo. You will need to show the form of ID you used to complete your right to study check to collect this. This will be your library card and your attendance swipe card when on campus.

International Students

If you are an International Student please make sure to check the link below on the University website to see when enrolment is open for you and for key information.

Before arriving in Swansea, you will have needed to have registered and sent a scanned copy of your passport/biometric card and visa to studentcompliance@swansea.ac.uk

You will not be able to enrol online until these documents have been submitted.
You will receive an email from the compliance team once these documents have been verified to confirm that you are eligible to enrol online.
