Canisha, a BA Business Management student 2016-20, has been involved with a number of enterprise events & workshops at Swansea University. In 2018, Canisha won a 4 week entrepreneurial placement in our “The Big Pitch” competition and had a wonderful experience working for Create Studios in Swindon under the guidance of Shahina Johnson MBE.

In November 2018, Canisha secured a place at the Big Ideas Wales’ Boot camp to Business, another fantastic opportunity for an aspiring entrepreneur.

In 2019 during her 3rd year out, Canisha launched her own social enterprise business - Phoenix Subscriptions and has been utilising the Incubation Hub and support from the enterprise team to help her business develop.
